Sechenov First MSMU students took part in International Student Congress at the Medical University of Graz, Austria

On May 26-28, 2016, at the Medical University of Graz, Austria, took place the International Student Congress with participation of the I.M. Sechenov First MSMU international students.
On the first day after registration the participants were offered to join different pre-courses including ultrasound, ECG, emergency care etc. Each pre-course have 4 different parts and was carried out in 4 sessions throughout the day until 4 pm. First Med students chose “Ultrasound” pre-course with a very complete guidance of how to use ultrasound to scan different abdominal organs. After the pre-course, a short city tour was offered to students. The next day at the oral presentation session MSMU student Chung Min Juin presented an oral report with the title “PRP is the new way to treat Alzheimer's disease”. After all oral presentations were done, a workshop session was offered. 
The most interest by Malaysian students was evoked by workshop on “Night shift X-Ray interpretation”. Different types of situations in the ward were discussed in the workshop including fractures, heart failure, a foreign body ingestion and so on. The Congress concluded by a farewell party organized by the ISC at Tam Tam restaurant.
