    Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Chemistry

The laboratory conducts research on improving methods of quality assessment and standardization of medicines of synthetic and plant origin; excipients used in tabletting, using modern physico - chemical methods of analysis, and provides information and analytical studies on the standardization of general pharmacopoeial methods and drug formulation.

    Main areas of research:

    • Development of optimal conditions for chromatographic analysis (GC) for determination of residual solvents in substances and auxiliary substances used in solid dosage forms.
    • Development of optimal conditions for chromatographic analysis (GC) for determination of residual solvents in substances and auxiliary substances used in solid dosage forms.
    • Development of optimal conditions of express - analysis of macro - and micronutrients in medicinal products, herbal drugs, industrial discharges and emissions of pharmaceutical companies, using indicator-performance liquid chromatography (IZHH) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
    • Conducting information and analytical studies on the standardization of general pharmacopoeial methods and dosage forms based on a comparison of requirements for the general methods of leading foreign pharmacopoeias.
