    The main function of the laboratory is the development of scientific and methodological foundations of pharmacoeconomic and pharmacoepidemiological studies aimed at improving the organization of supplying medicine to the population, and analysis of pharmaceuticals and medical technologies.

    The main areas of research:

    • Development of methodological approaches for conducting pharmacoeconomical studies;
    • Conducting pharmacoeconomic studies on selected medicines and groups medicines pharmacotherapy and prevention of specific diseases;
    • Development of methodological approaches for conducting pharmacoepidemiological studies;
    • Conducting of pharmacoepidemiological studies of selected medicines and groups of drugs;
    • Conducting surveys of international achievements and experience and development of methodical recommendations on modern ways of organizing medicine supplies to the population.
